Dai Lai Lake is a large artificial lake in our country. The lake is located in Ngoc Thanh commune, Dong Xuan ward, Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province, 40km north of Hanoi capital. The lake was started from 1959 to 1963 with a water surface area of 525ha and was put into operation in 1984.
Initially, when newly built, the lake was used for both agricultural production and flood discharge for the whole Vinh Phuc province. Later, due to the beautiful natural scenery and mild climate, the lake was put into operation for tourism and resort services.

Dai Lai lake area includes an island, two central lakes, three streams, four peninsulas, 5km adjacent to the lake, six forests including shimmering pine forests and seven hills; It is home to many species of birds and fish. In the middle of the immense lake is Ngoc Island, which is planned to become a resort with many items and works to serve tourist entertainment activities such as: Children's play area, outdoor swimming pool, campsite, sightseeing Dai Lai lake by canoe.
On Ngoc Island, there is Linh Thong pagoda. This is an ancient temple, formerly known as Thong pagoda. The pagoda was built including pagoda, ancestral house, and model house. Coming to Ngoc Island, visitors can not only visit sightseeing or participate in entertainment activities but also explore the spiritual tourist site of Linh Thong pagoda.

In recent years, Dai Lai Lake tourist area has been increasingly focused and invested in development. Besides building and expanding a complex of entertainment and entertainment services; Dai Lai Lake is also focused on investing in and building a system of resort villas, a system of modern restaurants, along with focusing on investing in promoting local cuisine with typical dishes such as Lam rice, chayote, pig, ...
